Bloor Homes are proposing a plan-led high-quality housing development for Melksham – one that will contribute to the local community and sustainably meet Wiltshire’s housing needs. We are proposing 295 new homes, 40% of which will be affordable housing, comprising of different sizes to suit the needs of the community.

The Site

The site is located on land New Road Farm in Melksham, to the north of the A3102. It is a greenfield site that has been selected as an allocated site for development under the Wiltshire Council Local Plan.

Consultation

We will be submitting our full planning application for the New Road Farm site to Wiltshire Council for approval. Before we submit, we want to hear your views on our plans during our consultation this September. As part of our consultation, we are hosting an in-person event at the Melksham Community Campus, Market Place SN12 6ES on 23rd September from 3pm-7pm. You will be able to meet our project team, ask questions and provide feedback on the proposals.
